Today there are upwards of 6% or 40,000 Hispanics living in the State of Delaware, making Delaware a Hispanic microcosm.  Created in 2000, Voices Without Borders, Inc. (Voices) grew out of a listening campaign by the Diocese of Wilmington to respond to the needs of this growing group of people. As a community advocate and grass roots organization, Voices relies mainly on our volunteers, a committed Board of Directors, and your help to be effective.
